First date in New Orleans

My friend just called me asking about a place to take a first date in New Orleans. I was going to suggest Martinique, Vizard's, Daisy, or Boucherie, but he then told me that he wanted to spend under $100, which would knock out the first three, and that she is a vegetarian, so I'm assuming Boucherie wouldn't work. I'm thinking of suggesting Crepe Nanou for that price range. Does anyone have other suggestions considering the $ and vegetarian.
