Recently I've been keeping UAV equipped as my first killstreak. I find it helps especially on domination.
What say you? Every time I ask nobody says much. If I can keep a UAV up for 1/3 of a match is it worth if while I'm playing with our folks?
Oh and I prestiged as soon as I hit the XP cap and had the option since everyone was asking me "Yo dude why don't you man up and prestige"

UAVs are definitely essential for a team effort.
It will wreck your efforts in nuking everybody, but it will make life easier if someone is on UAV duty.

Honestly I hate nuking and only want to do it to finish getting my glowing spinning emblem. I'll never break Penn's 45 kill streak 
so I might as well work on improving from 1.75ish up to 2 and us just doing better in general.
If I could call in harriers every life I'd never drop a nuke but I'd have an insane ratio probably.
If 2 people decent at killing would just worry about killing and getting UAV's you'd give your team a huge advantage the whole game.

Yup.
I'll equip a UAV when I'm playing shitty. Usually, everyone is running around in different directions, but when I flip the UAV and everyone immediately turns and gravitates towards the red dots.

Okay different question on the same lines though. Do yall think its important to shoot down enemy UAV or air perks?

no it only last for 30 seconds (uav and uav jammer) now by air perks if you mean chooper gunners, ac130's, pavelows then yes unless its like a map with buildings and they do not affect you.

I played in a match today. I guess everyone on their team was using UAV as a perk. UAV called in, 30 secs later, UAV called in, 30 secs later, UAV called in...this happened for a couple mins, i eventually started to shoot them down. After that they didnt have UAV for awhile and our scores eventually evened out.
Also there werent care packages called in so it wasnt the CP Glitch.

I never have the UAV equipped, but whenever one goes up on our team it is always greeted with a "HELPFUL!" And, I always shoot down enemy UAVs.

It's the most underrated killstreak in the game. Hardly anyone uses it because they want to go for the big kills w/ a CG or AC130.
I usually equip it when playing with people I know to help out but lately I've been trying to unlock different killstreak rewards challenges so I won't see it again until I prestige again.

I wouldn't get from 3 to 7 a lot if I had this setup.
Getting killed in this game is becoming more common. Last night I died probably 25 times from someone blind firing a tube or an RPG. I was close to my first ever rage quit.

True dat. I have no issues with finding people to kill me. However, I may switch to UAV/Pred/Harri. to complete my Hardline Pro. I only need 6 more killstreaks, so it could take forever even if I do this.
