Disagree. A ring is something you work for and earn, not buy.

Only if they only allow the season ticket holders that have participated in training camp, spent hours upon hours studying film, and have been blindsided while running a crossing pattern or burnt for a TD.

If they saint's want to use a ring to honor the fans they should just keep one ring in the trophy room and label it as the "fan" ring.

Don't sell it to anyone, just keep it in the dome to represent every fan.

ETA - beat me to it.

I think that is what Bobby Hebert is trying to do. He is hoping to get one with WDN (who dat nation) on the side of it and donate it to the Saints HoF for the fans.

While they're at it, the saints should raffle a ring to LA taxpayers, who subsidize the superdome

Raffle off a ring and donate all proceeds to the rebuilding of the 9th ward. That would be great press.

Well I didnt mean an actual raffle, like pay 5 bucks for a ticket...I guess raffles the wrong word

put the season tix holders names in a hat and pick a winner

Knowing what we know now, if a receptionist gets one, why not a paying fan? The receptionist didn't put in the work for it. Heck, the players and workers get paid every year regardless of outcome.
