And I know the sec is going to hate this. But it raised the question afterwards, when was the last time we stormed anything, court or field? The last time I remember was lsu Florida 1997 football... Did we storm it when we beat number 1 Arizona in bball 2003?

Oh, I'm not opposed to the idea in general. But it looks bad when you go from SEC champions to storming the court in one year, especially when it's clearly a rebuilding year and the future is bright.

This ain't Vandy football, apologies to any Vandy fans around here.

So if this rebuilding team somehow manages to beat Kentucky and the court is stormed, you'd be displeased?

FWIW, the Kentucky game would be the only acceptable time for me, unless we're winless in the SEC then somehow beat UGA...but then there would only be about 3 people in the arena anyway, so why bother?

Tiger fans don't need to strom anything. We expect to win championships and beat good teams.

that would be becuase we hadn't won in 9 years...plus there isn't a college baseball team out there that doesn't dogpile when they go to Omaha/win Omaha.

BUUTTT on a more important note! BASEBALL!

You want to know whats going to happen with the student sections of college basketball if they keep storming the court, they will end up in the rafters, the furthest part of the arena from the court. Go ahead dumb asses, keep encouraging these fools, they will pay a very dear price when all is said and done. Its not going to take to many more instances of colleges paying $25,000 fines for this to happen.

Most of LSU's student section is already in the rafters. And will hopefully next season be moved behind the basket.

"Nearl" i live in Mckinney and have not seen a LSU BB game in years. When did they move them and what was the reason? Where do they sit now, when I was going they were court side, opposite the L:SU bench?

I'm sorry but if our team isn't any good and we were to knock off the number 1 team in the country those students better be storming the court. As a student I got to do it once and it was unbelievable.

What's it hurt to storm a court anyway? I'm not saying it's always justified, but beating the number 1 team in the country for the 1st time in school history is grounds for celebration.
