It's this bad s.o.b. right here.
Be sure to fast forward to the 1:45 mark. His teeth are even with the rim.

No doubt, that dude has some ups, but Carter dunking over that 7' French center was just disgusting.

Carter is six four.
This other dude is six one and has at least a fifty inch vertical. Carter might be the best dunker ever but this guy has the best vertical leap for a dunk that I've ever seen. Even when Carter dunks, his head is never "over" the rim like this dude. Remember... go to the 1:45 mark.

Is that one of Shawn Kemp's kids?

Jason Richardson is my favorite dunker. Then Vince and Nique.

We all could see your boy has major hops. But, until he uses that to do something like this, it doesnt matter...

Better question:

Worst dunker who thinks he's the best?

Dwight Howard

If you're talking best in-game dunker I'll take Shawn Kemp or Vince Carter.

Highlight reel, commercial, slam dunk contest dunks still belong to Jordan.

No doubt the guy has a serious vertical. There's a white guy on youtube who has a 50"+ vertical. Too lazy to post a link but it is easy to look up.

I always liked watching little guys like Spud Webb and Nate Robinson fly through the air.

The Dunk show everyone would pay to see would be Kobe, LeBron, VC, Jason Richardson, Gerald Wallace and if they were in their prime Dr. J, MJ, Wilkins, and Larry the Skywalker Nance.

Actually, I think it's the other way around with Jordan. He was a much better in-game dunker then he was in slam dunk contests.

Watch either "Come Fly With Me" or "Michael Jordan's Playground" and you won't. He was a great dunker in game, but he took it to a whole other level when it was just him and a rim.
