what about Shep ?

They seem to have a problem putting the ball in his hands. Seems like a way to fix 2 problems.

I see no reason why Shep should not be the return man. He and everyone else want him to get more touches. This is the perfect way to get touches and get him in the open field. I dont know how he isnt the return guy.
