Has us #18.

LINK
Sorry if Germans, but Schlabach is dead on.

Is it possible that coach Les Miles, who led LSU to a BCS national championship in 2007, could be on the hot seat in 2010? LSU fans are growing restless after the Tigers went 8-5 in 2008 and 9-4 in '09. Miles' clock management was questionable at times this season, and his team's offense seemed to have no direction. Quarterback Jordan Jefferson struggled with his confidence, and the Tigers never really got highly regarded freshman Russell Shepard involved in the game plan. The Tigers face some heavy personnel losses with four starters leaving on offense and six leaving on defense. Left tackle Ciron Black will be missed on offense, and three starting defensive linemen and two linebackers will have to be replaced. LSU plays a tough schedule, starting with the season opener against North Carolina in Atlanta. The Tigers also will play West Virginia at home and will play SEC road games at Florida, Auburn and Arkansas.

The DL was horrible this year. Losing 3 starters may make this unit better.

The OL underachieved all season. New blood, especially at RG and Faulk stepping in at LT could improve this unit.

We should beat UNC, WVU and win the other 2 OOC games. The SEC championship will come down to the Arkansas game, with LSU vying with Alabama the SECW. The Arky D not be good enough to win in 2010.

Looking at a 10-2 regular season. Better if JJ progresses. If he doesn't? I put him on the bench for Garrett.

18 seems generous considering our coaching staff questions.

Bo Pellini also passed Miles by in his 2nd year. He also inherited a team with less talent. TOo bad Miles coaches players down.
Maybe he should have learned something from Bo or at least from the players that Saban left him.
Nice guy with a middle name of mediocre.

Wow, you guys are full born negatigers

Lets see, LSU lost to #1 Alabama at Bama, lost to defending Champion Florida, screwed up against Ole Miss, and lost to a solid Penn State team on a dump of a field..

Nebraska is not better than LSU, sorry! You can believe what you want too...

You guys just want to live in misery for some reason

They are hedging their bets pretty heavily, if you ask me... at least 5 teams in their Top 15 are going head to head early in the season (Boise and Va Tech play in Blacksburg, Red River Rivalry, etc...).

No, what's "terrible and sad" is that it's Jan. 11 and you have decreed a 5-loss season. And it's not "true," either, because it hasn't happened. I might buy your religion if Miles, Crowden and you decide to re-vamp the offense to a 100-percent wildcat formation with J. Lee taking every direct snap.

It's all they know. LSU lost 4 gms. this year to Nos. 1, 3, 9 and 20 (in the final polls). Nebraska is solid, though. Bo Pelini's got a good thing going out there.
