From the way I "thought" it was described, Rodgers fumble would be overturned due to the tuck rule. Here is the infamous tuck rule play and I dont think the Rodgers fumble looks much difference.

Never hit the ground, you could call it a fumble or an INT. Either way it's a TD.

i thought the same thing when i first saw it but unfortunatley rogers kicked it in the air and dansby caught it out of the air making it a interception

Why has nobody commented on Fitz and the PI's and the facemask on Rogers to end the game.
Not saying the wrong team won or anything but it seemed strange that none were called.

If I remember correctly, Brady's fumble was ruled an incomplete because his arm was moving forward. The NFL decided that if a QB is tucking the ball and loses it, it is an incompletion. The Rodgers situation is different, I don't think the ball hit the ground so it really doesn't matter

Forgot about that piece. I am not a Packer Fan but was just interested in the tuck rule.
Thanks. Bring on the Cards :gosaints:

IMO, if it hit the ground, it would have been an incompletion, but he caught it in the air. They might just call it a fumble in the box score, cause it really doesn't matter, but I think it would have been either ruled an incompletion on the field if it hit the ground or overturned, if it wasn't.
