I hope like hell not. But if so I must assume we have another DL recruit who can not cut it on that side of the ball. Maybe he will be as "good" as Lyle Hitt who also moved from DL to OL.

Anthony Johnson would make a good Center.

When making a post, have you ever thought of naming your source or providing a link?

I dunno... Watched this kid at the Nike camp his Sr year and I thought with his build and demeanor he was an offinsive lineman. Just my .02

Funny that this is coming up because I told Chris last summer after his knee surgery (joking of course) that if he got any bigger Miles would move him to the OL. He laughed and said noway.

Me and a bud were walking back toward broussard which is right beside WCA and saw Davenport we decided to talk with him a little. It was Friday before the Bama game and he said he wasn't traveling because of a death in the family. We went on to talk about his recruiting class and he said him and Josh Downs would be the best interior lineman LSU has ever had.

If he does indeed move to OL I hope its for the best.

If he did move to OL with his long arms and quick feet it would be better move than Hitt. We're struggling on OL and need to do whatever it takes.

Les needs to learn how to recruit OLineman and quit changing our DT's to make up for his lack of recruiting quality OL prospects. Yes I know we have a bazillion OL recruited but if they were so great then Hitt & Bark would be playing on the DL. Actually, Hitt should have rode the bench.

There is more depth on the O-line than at DT so this should only be a rumor.

I think Louisiana has been producing better D-line than O-line. I think this is why Les has been pulling a significant number of O-line out of state especially out of Texas.

hitt and stewart mainly moved because Saban only signed 3 olinemen in his last 2 classes.

Is it just me or does anyone feel that LA produced the best o-line around the late 90's and early 2000? DiNardo recruited Faneca and Mawae and Saban benefited from coaching these guys right?

Mawae was an Archer recruit that played for Curly, and Faneca was a Curly guy that played for Gerry.
