What was the best Fark of 2009? There should be an honorary award.

His are great but I saw one done the other day of a restored family photo and the quality was ridiculous but i guess it would not be a fark though it was on this board.

I tend to view "Farks" and "Animated Farks" as 2 separate categories.
You can't compare
(apples) to 
(dancing bananas).
ETA:
I kinda do the same with humorous farks vs. serious/helpful farks
That being said - I think for the quality of work, expediency of completion and overall "story" behind the image - the "Generation Restoration Photo Fark" is pretty hard to beat.

I agree, this should have categories.
1.Comedy(not necessarily talent-wise, but funny factor)
2.Animation
3.Skill
4.Epicness of thread

Although it began at the end of December, 2008, Fark Board Suicide got a pretty good run of 30+ pages this year. Reuben Randle and Fark Suicide were my favorite threads.
There were a lot of excellent farks by many people this year. I'll have to do some review before turning in my vote.
P.S. - Thanks for the restoration props. NC Tigah outdid himself with the coloration!

Honestly - I saw it before it was removed and I thought it was OK, but kinda inappropriate. Maybe it was "guy humor" geared. The Fark with ducthorned longhorns was MUCH funnier.
