What are our chances, any updates. I searched and found nothing that said we have a shot. If so that okay but just curious could we finish with some fireworks.

How does the Tulsa World have scoop on a kid from Fort Worth, TX? LSU hasn't been among this kid's top schools for months. Don't buy it.

Not sure where they got LSU from (honestly y'all haven't been a player in his recruitment for quite a while now) but it looks to be down to Okie Lite and Texas with OU looking from the outside in.

he hasnt been to LSU and is leaving for an all star game next monday where he will announce his commitment jan 2nd.

I don't think we land him.
But with OU landing Stills and UT landing MD things have obviously changed with the schools that were thought to be his leaders.

his whole recruitment seems puzzling. seemed like he mentioned us a lot early and then we just didn't pursue him. then he was ou or texas and now osu is in the mix and with the wrs the other schools have taken and our need at the position, i'm not sure why we weren't pursuing him harder...

Like I said, not sure where the paper got that info from, but LSU & Darius White haven't been involved with each other for a long damn time now. That's not even mentioning that the dead period starts this week and White is announcing his school on January 2nd at the Under Armour Game.

Not to mention, I think White is a far better prospect than Davis. I cant imagine Davis' commitment would scare him off. Who knows though...
