Yeah, I always wanted LSU to play like criminals out on weekend furlough and get 200 yards in penalties (mostly for taunting and personal fouls) like the U did against Texas in that Cotton Bowl.

That would make me proud.

im sure we dont need those 31 scholarships.

oh and on a related note: according to "LSU Fans" TALENT wins National Championships, what happened with Miami?
Who's Who of NFL'ers, yet 4 National Championships in 15 or so years????

maybe its ONLY Saban TALENT....hahahaha

I've got news for you. Miami didn't win because of their "attitude"......or their swagger or mystique or because they intimidated opponents. They were great because they had great athletes and probably even better coaches.....and an "us against the world" mentality. The best opponent Miami players faced was the guy across the line from him every day in practice. And having on QB after another capable of winning the Heisman didn't hurt one bit.

LSU needs to play like LSU. The name doesn't get the respect it did a few years ago.

Does any one remember when they came here and beat us 44-3. 1988.

We did play like Miami against Miami, ironically.

Pre-game shite talking/pushing.........check

Hester makes the "U" then turns it upside down......check

Call an audible to run a fake fg when we were up 40-3 in the 4th quarter.....check

Bowe runs over to their sideline to have some words with his Miami boys after the game......check

Ensuing brawl in the tunnel after the game.....check

Not so much with on and off the field antics. But, I do agree that we need to play with more attitude on defense and confidence on offense.

I like a classy but physical football team. I watch 30 for 30 also and told myself I would hate LSU to ever play like that. Looked like a bunch of convicts with green and orange uniforms.

Michael Irvin was definitely drunk or high or both for his interview on that show. He could not keep his eyes open and focused and he was slurring.
