What is that Penn St. Cheer?

Watching some Penn St. games in the past, I noticed that they have a pretty vocal crowd that does one chant over and over. It sounds like they're singing the guitar riff from Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes.
What is that? Can any PSU lurkers educate me?

That chant would never fly in Beaver Stadium. You're thinking of Wisconsin who does that between different groups of their student section.

I just checked out some YouTube videos of Happy Valley. 110k+ people all dressed in white looks pretty spooky.
The crowd singing along to "Hey Baby" reminds me a lot of Tiger Stadium.
