I hate to say it, but I agree 100%. If they kick the ball into the end zone, they win the game, simple as that.

So what is the rule? Is the ball dead when contact is made out of bounds or when it crosses the sidelines? I know punts are ruled dead when they cross the sidelines, so why would a thrown pass be any different?

I have no clue why EVERYONE assumes an automatic win if Nebraska doesn't kick it out of bounds.
