Good point. I'm thinking along with you that Belly-Check pulled his O starters and waved the white flag in order to set the stage for an embarrassing tirade directed at his Defense after the game.

Post game locker room, Belly-check probably told the Defense coaches and players something like: "I shut things down early because I'm not going to risk getting my starters on offense getting hurt while the Defense is embarrassing all of us with piss-poor play. It's like fighting with one hand tied behind your back, and I won't do it. Now get back to the drawing board and get this clusterfrick fixed by next week. That's all I have."
