Any reason LSU is not recruiting Luke? LSU OLINE recruits this year are mostly projects except Porter.

How is Porter not a project?

How is Charpentier not a project if Washington is?

Also, Hardrick is not a project.

Charpentier just wasn't good enough. Straight up.

Why would the South Lafourche coach be there for an a visit from Petrino instead of J.T. Curtis who has been Charpentier's head coach the past two years.

i don't know if he stayed in La. all weekend or not. maybe he did.

i did see his coaches show last night, and it looked to be taped on the same set as it has been all season.

some of the Arky fans i know are getting a little restless about this years class.

He needs to visit Will Briscoe, perfect for his system.

Very good system QB but doesn't have the arm strength to play in the SEC.

So he's a strong-armed QB that can play under center, can direct protections and love the play-action Pro game?

I'd take him...never heard of him though

No doubt he has the arm stength, his probem is he's 175 soaking wet. Petrino took Wolfe at Louisville a few years back, don't see why he wouldn't take Briscoe.

We're not taking a QB this year...We got 2 QB's in NW Arkansas that will be 4*+...One is Bobby Allen's son who is also a Hog coach...

We can't frick that one up...right?

Both Allen and Frazier will be highly recruited QB's...They both could end up at ARky, but I won't be suprised if Frazier ends up at AU

Who is the backup right now? Is Mallet eligible for the draft?

Wilson would be next in line...He's no Mallett, but he's 10X Casey Dick...so we would be OK...

Brandon Mitchell would most likely backup Wilson but this kid is too good to be held down.

Mallett is eligible for the draft, but look for him to return for one more season under Petrino...We've got a great schedule, 98% of returning players on O...Hopefully new DC

If there is a year to make a run, its 2010

wilson is good but definately a different style than mallett. nowhere near the arm strength but probably has a better grasp of the offense and sees stuff that mallett doesn't at times. has problems taking snaps under center though.

mitchell will be a stud. great potential.

He should have come by St.Helena because LSU isn't recruiting Ryan Byrd.

He's close to 6'2 178 and ran a 4.5 at LSU's camp this past summer.
