i dont think so we need to get away from all this spread stuff and we difently do not need Boise States OC cause that type of offense would not fit our personnell plus i dont think that offense works period in the sec

Well that's fine you are intitled to your opinion. I remember everyone saying the same thing about Urban Meyer's offense and the spread and looks like those arm chair QB's were wrong as well.

I run the same offense that Holgerson runs at Houston and let me tell you it will work. It has worked at every level of football. If you take the system he runs at Houston and bring it to a school like LSU with all the WR's and athletes we have it would be just nasty.

Boise State runs a great offense that is so multiple it's crazy. If Boise State can run their system with their type of athletes you don't think that the elite athletes in America can't run it with great success? Whats your logic?

Remember just because one coach has come in and doesn't really have a system that he runs with success doesn't mean that the spread or multiple offense won't work at LSU. You have to have GREAT coaching and Gary Crowton is not a "GREAT" coach. With the endless amount of speed and game breaking ability we have at LSU their is no other offense that should be run here except a high octane and multiple offense that puts constant pressure on a defense.

We should go back to a pro-style offense. Right now we are trying to mix this spread with a little pro-style leaves this team with no identity whatsoever.
