I would have to say my favorite are: Estate, Terminal, and Rundown.
My least favorite are: Afghan, Derail, and Favela

Love me some terminal. And I love highrise now. It's the only 2 maps I can score 10+ kills. And that's kinda sad.

On estate i do try to stay in the house, never sitting still though. Always running back and forth killing everyone who tries to come in my house.

Technically thats camping, but I know what your saying I've done it before. Stand to the right of the stairs in that living room area and you have 3 entry ways that people could come in. I must have gunned down this same guy 3 times in a row. He just kept respawning around the cabin and I heard his footsteps every time because he was trying to be silent about it.
