Let He Who Has Not Sinned

While I can never be ashamed to be a Tiger Fan, I can feel a certain sickness in my stomach for the collective ignorance produced on these pages in the past couple of days.
Last year would have been a good, if not great season had we a coach with "Les" character. Perhaps, we could have competed for the conference and championship which went to the Gators if Les had kept Perriloux; at what cost to our collective character and good name. Does anyone doubt, with Tebow as a Tiger, we had the team to win it all?
This year, with a young quarterback, we struggled for leadership and identity until we reached our stride in the Bama game; until key injuries sidelined us. Does anyone think we would have had trouble with the Rebels with a healthy Jefferson and Scott?
Our truth, should we care to see it, is we stayed in this game and had a chance to win because of the collective character of our team which begins at the top and filters down.
Coach Miles has won the trust of the decision makers at LSU and he will be our coach until he succumbs to the wave of idiocy he must encounter daily. This is a game. We are building leaders and I am happy to have a man of character and ability at our helm.
Yes, he could make better decisions; can't we all. We live and learn. My suggestion for next time is initiate a false start, stopping the clock for a penalty and giving time to kick the field goal. Put that in the play book and let's move on. Always the best, Rob Lowther

Great character does not = great coach. Miles has proven he can not handle certain game situations. Great man but an average (at best) coach.

No one is debating the mans character. I believe it's his coaching abilities and decision making abilities. (CLOCK MANAGEMENT)

These idiots would not know what to do with Tebow. They would probably use him as center. They drafted a great quarterback whom can run. has he thrown one pass this year. Now old Piss let there back throw the ball and burned us for 6.

Forget about Tebow.
If Urban Meyer coached our team right now, with no changes AND all of the injuries you'd see a completely different attitude, offensive personality (which we don't have) and a successful useage of personelle which is the key.
This team would rock under an Urban Meyer, because we have great offensive talent that is being underutilized, and not utilized.
i.e. RS not passing, RR getting so few passes, Trindon nowhere to be found on offense, & Ridley on the bench while on the Ole Miss 32 yard line etc.
