there aren't that many lefties eligible right now with mid-90s fastballs and biting sliders like jones

i think chad jones has pretty much decided his future is in baseball .. shite .. he can play pro baseball for 10 to 15 years and pocket four times the money through his career than he could as an NFL safety ... and let's be real here .. comparing sports .. he has more pro potential as a baseball player ..

Including Chad, he sits at 92 for about 10 pitches before he's gassed, at which point the slider becomes less effective as well. I'm sure he will get drafted on potential because everybody does but I would be shocked if he made it anywhere.

If he can add a pitch he's a legit pro pitching prospect.

A lefty with a mid 90s fast ball and a good slider who hasn't been concentrating on baseball full time.

Nah, He and Peterson both got burned over and over again last Sat. Jones likes to freelance, but he was in the wrong position an awful lot against Ole Piss. I wouldn't want the pro scouts to see film of last Sat.
