It's not obvious one way or the other, so whoever says with 100% fact it was spiked or down is a dumb arse

It looks to me that he is telling the official that Toliver was down, then Miles tried to get the FG team out but it was to late. He should have had the FG team running out after the play was blown dead. Total FUBAR job by Miles. I wasn't in support of LSU firing him, but if they lose to Arkansas, he should be let go.
