Someone is always on the bubble but with the BCS you have a much higher chance of the best team being left out. Several undefeated teams have gotten shafted.

If you have an 8-team playoff #9 will complain but there's very little chance they have a case for being the best, or that they're undefeated.

With 12 teams there's zero chance of someone getting shafted. If you're #13 you lost a game somewhere and have nobody to blame but yourself.

stupid logic, and you're using BCS logic

each spot at a title is worth the others. it's an entitlement to play for the championship

the cut off will always mean as much to the first team left out. nothing you say will change that

the problem is as you add more teams and frick up college football, you open the argument up to more and more teams to bitch. CFB is very tiered, and each tier has many more teams within it

there's a big difference in 1 vs 5. there isn't much difference in 10-15
