I think we should all be pumped about the rest of this season and beginning of next year. If we win out, and we should, we would finish the year on a 4 game winning streak (we'll win the bowl). Ranked in the top 5 more than likely. Head into next season with a returning Jr. QB, talented RBs, Russell Shepard, Rueben Randle, a lot of the defense back, Patrick Peterson!!, (hopefully C Jones). That puts us legitimately in the NC hunt. We catch Bama and Ole Miss at home next year and play a Teabow-less Florida on the road. Plus all of that talent will be more mature, most of our really good players are still underclassman, except Lafell.

We will probably be ranked in top 4 for sure. A lot of what ifs but its better to start out as high as possible to have some equity in case you drop one early on, at Florida for instance. Next year could be great.

Top 4 is a reach. I think alot depends on the last two games and the bowl.

Top 10 for sure though.

All that will depend on how we finish the year this year. We win out, we will be rated highly next year, we lose out or drop a couple and we will be ranked in the teens. LSU has a brutal schedule next year.

Having to play Floida and Alabama (with their resurgence) every year automatically makes us have one of the toughest schedules in the country.

What about the guys we lose on the o-line? If that's the best they have now and they lose a few of them, I have a feeling LSU could possibly have a worse oline, if that is actually possible.
