Sounds like three more Louisiana kids that either Ole Miss or Arky take and kill us with them.

Damn thats a pretty big claim, so your saying there better then Landry, Simon, Reid, Vinson, Reed, Wright, Hilliard, and Johnson, just to name a few for this year and next. If so we better offer these guys. You obviously have watched film on everyone right?

As a Lutcher Bulldog fan, I've seen Gavin Webster play great for a couple of years now. I would love to see him as a Tiger.
Still, he's listed as a 2 star by both Rivals and Scout. There's gotta be a reason for that.
I've said before, the word I hear in Lutcher is that Miles is very interested in him but the glitch is that Webster wants to play both football and baseball. (Of course last time I posted that I was shot down by someone saying he's a top 5 round MLB draft choice and so his wanting to play both sports wouldn't stop LSU from taking him).
Who knows how things really stand. Maybe some here has some better info.

Just too short to play QB for a big time program at the next level.
He'll make a great player for Tulsa though.

is it true that a football player can't be on baseball scholarship and play football? I know that a baseball player can be on a football scholarship.

if you play football and another sport, you must be on a football scholarship

Wasn't Bear Bryant famous for getting his football players scholorships in other sports? That might be the genesis of that rule.

I'm pretty sure you are correct about that being the genesis of the rule.
