That could be defended in some cases and in even in the worst case it isn't as bad as this.

That was the most insanely idiotic call I've ever witnessed......

I can understand that Peyton is a great quarterback, but the fact remains he would have had 2 minutes and only 1 timeout, and more than likely they would have started the drive somewhere between the 20 and 30........not exactly a gimme situation.

Put the onus on him and make him make the plays, by going for it there you essentially gave them the game.

No it really can't. You have to take the ball. It is worse IMO, but it's really not the same. It's not really an in-game decision like this one was.

I liked the call to go for it. If they make it, people would still talk about it, but it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
