I couldnt believe the amount of Boos last night. It was embarrassing and classless. What kind of message are we sending to the team, future recruits, etc... No reason for a player or coach to get booed at home by the homecrowd. Yes Lee struggled and played terrible, but there is no excuse for this. People need to seriously look around and see they have it alot better than most programs and we should support our team and players through good times and bad. (end rant)

I understand booing is classless and embarrassing to our program, but Lee needs to hold that clipboard permanently.

I think the boos were for the play calling, very suspect last night, going for the field goal was just plain stupid.

Booing can not happen, but I did like it when everyone started cheering real loud when Shep was in at qb and when we finally started running the ball in the 4th

I got kicked out of the Auburn game for Boos. The first drive the jackass behind me gave out a boo and said how bad JJ sucked. Well lets just say its better to miss a game and be in the dog house with the wife than have to lisen to that crap.

Are the "People who BOO" threads the new "why do people leave early" threads? What's next?

I also think the boos were more for the play calling. However, I do think some were directed at Lee which I think is a lack of class. We should all keep in mind that JJ has a sprained ankle and there's no guarantee he'll be ready next week. Maybe, just maybe the coaching staff was trying to get Lee some work. Now the results of the work were awful. If JJ can't play next week we're in BIG trouble.

I hate booing our own players, no matter what the circumstance. It made being at the game less enjoyable. It has gotten to where I almost prefer going to women's basketball games better because the fans who are there are just as passionate, but they SUPPORT the team positively, even when things aren't going well.

As for Lee, I feel sorry for the poor kid. Class act all the way around. Who needs enemies when you have "friends" like most of our fans>?

I think this is completely understandable and I agree with this. I heard booing twice, and one of the times was when we were going in at halftime! That is ridiculous! That doesn't help the players at all. We want players that love the fans.

You should never boo players, but the coaches deserved it last night. Especially Crowton after the 6 straight pass attempts.

I'm sorry, but I think some of you people are forgetting that these players aren't playing for free-scholarship, room and board and other "fringe benefits", including possibly making millions of dollars in the NFL. There's no reason to feel sorry for these players. They are not kids.

Lee will never play in the NFL. And them being on scholarship does not entitle you to abuse them.
