1)A well-healed Jefferson 2)A still-hobbled Jefferson 3)Lee

Haven't heard any official word, anyone know who gets the go 1,2, or 3????

Lee will start, and wouldn't be surprised if he played the whole game.

I thought it was official. Lee is the QB tonight.

From what I've heard JJ could play if absolutely necessary, but would be better for the healing process if he did not.

Miles isn't an idiot. It's Tech and the QB that you're grooming for the future is still hobbling. No need to set him back any farther.

You're right, it is Tech, a team that pushed Boise St to the brink last Friday night. This is no ulala or tulane, Tech is tough & is capable of playing the spoiler. A situation that is ripe for the picking at LSU right now-a tough, physical loss to bama, a huge dash in pre-season goals, & lots of knicks & knocks throughout the Tiger team. I'd hate to see Jefferson put in a situation when he is not completely healed, I think if there is a doubt, he should sit BUT....this is Tech, if Lee hasn't learned his lessons from last year, it could be VERY interesting. No doubt about it, LSU is heads & shoulders above Tech but a fired up team with something to prove could knock off a team with their heads stuck in last week's loss without their starting, & most talented, QB on the bench.

Tech got more banged up playing Boise than we did playing Bama. They're going to be starting a ridiculous number of freshman, and I doubt they can play at that level of intensity two weeks in a row.

Give Lee credit when it's due. He hasn't made any of those mistakes this year and looks to be a much improved QB that numbers would show if so many passes hadn't been called back by penalty.

All Lee needs to do tonight is hand off to Ridley and Shep, and complete a few short slant routes to keep the D halfway honest. Hopefully, those completions are to the guys in white jerseys (assuming we're not wearing purple tonight).

I'll be the first to give him credit when it's due at this point, after a couple of passes in mop of duty & a medicore showing at bama, with an INT & a couple more that should have been, not quite sure I'm ready to give out credit. I hope he comes out & puts up heisman numbers, he's a Tiger.

The qb of the future is red shirting this season.

That's what Doug Moreau seemed to think when this question was posed to him on Jordy's show Friday morning.

is an idiot. How can anything not be an improvement over the 103rd ranked offense? Sheesh are LSU fans such weenies that we pine for that weak of production? If LSU struggles tonight, it will be due to the loss of Scott, Dickson, and perhaps T-Bob

Already determined that everyone but Jarrett Lee will get the blame, huh? Before even seeing one snap.

Wow.
