That game made me sick. I couldn't yell, b/c it was too unbelievable what I was seeing.

It's not fun anymore. If those players bust their asses all season to get "REFFED", what's the point??

That's not cool... that's not the kind of football I want to wait every off season for.

It's not about football then! That game confirmed that there is serious cheating going on.

I must say that for those of us that invest the time and money following, that a quick check of priorities is in order.

I have struggled with some of these same things ever since the Auburn games in '04 and '06.

What really gives it away, was CBS' refusal to replay Jefferson's first down run on the first possession showing the first down line, and subsequently only replaying the best angle on the interception once, and never replaying it again.

CBS has so much to gain, along with the SEC, by having two undefeated and likely #1 and #2 ranked teams in the SECCG. This is their BCS, pseudo national championship, and insures the SEC 2 BCS bowls for tens of millions more.

I'm not talking paid officials and major conspiracy. I'm thinking more along the lines of implied meaning much like the NBA refs. I'm not naive enough to think these officials don't have a clue of the implications of these games and what the conference they work for would like to see happen.

It only gets worse when you throw in the Alabama connection and see the penalty stats over a long period of time in the SEC for least penalized and most penalized. I really don't think it's a conspiracy, just subjective human nature.
