Where did the nickname Jojo come from?

why does the PA announcer call him JoJo?

if every player on the team had a nickname would we just call them all by their nicknames on the PA?

i think its from the mtv show run's house. rev run's son is on it and his name jojo. Lafell looks like him.

He's had it since HS. My friend went to school with him and calls him that but I couldn't tell you exactly why.

he has had it since he was a kid...... he referred to himself as Jo Jo.. not brandon upon his arrival at LSU
