In this scenario I think the odds favor LSU. Generally, these bowls don't like to take a team off a loss because they think it suppresses fans travelling. With two losses back to back? In addition, they tend to avoid repeat appearances if practical for the same reason. Combine the two and LSU will get a favorable look.
