Jacksonville doesn't make sense actually.
The Rams make the most sesne.
1) They used to be in LA.
2) They are in the NFC West now, so the move wouldn't affect the divisions.
3) They are up for sale. Moving to LA would instantaneously increase their value by about $50M.

But the fan base SUCKS out there. LOOK at USC they rarely sell out the Coliseum.
