That unnecessary roughness call just made me sad. I was beyond angry. I hate Arkansas more than any other team, and I was just sad for the game, Arkansas, the fans there, the players, and most of all, me.

who remembers the call by mr patrick in the replay booth at the 2006 auburn game, no pass interferance be cause the ball was tipped 30 yards down the field, no one at the sec stood up and did anything, maybe they are growing the unheard of "backbone"

you and me both. I would have bet a ton of money this would never happen. For the SEC to admit a mistake to the level tells me that their investigation must have found something really shady going on.

It many, many years too late, but I guess better late than never. What bothers me is that they'll be officiating again November 14th.

hell the pull down of hawkins and all the bs with the center moving his head was worse than the ga call in my view - the crew we had for florida was terrible too

The sad thing is that the damage has been done, despite these officials getting BS. My guess is that it was the same official NOT calling PI's on UF (offensive) that called the celebration penalty on UGA. I still think Green must've said something to the official or in the presence of the official that he found offensive and thus the unsportsmanlike penalty.
The Personal foul was just bad. The non-PI calls after the blatant missed one in the UF-LSU game were unacceptable as well.
That looked like Auburn-LSU 2006 all over again in the UF-Arky game.
