Huh? Saban never won the Big 10 in 5 years at MSU and lost to Dinardo in the Indy Bowl? Lost to Dinardo!! And what did little Nicky do at Miami in one year? He won a grand total of 1 more game from the previous year! Wow, what a resume!

It's called sarcasm, ever heard of it?

Thing about Saban, he's a guy who sells kids on an agressive defensive scheme. He is able to get the top recruits early on to build a program b/c he sells playing time in an aggressive scheme.
He motivates out of pure fear (yells, screams, etc). Psychology tells us that fear is an excellent motivator, in the short run. But as soon as the kids lose confidence, be it a loss or two that should not have happened, they start to see the chinks in the armor.
Then, all that fear, becomes anger and snide cynicism toward the coach, and he loses the team. That's why he's an excellent transition coach (short term), but not all that good of a manager of a team.
Let Bama have their fun with him for 1 - 2 more years, then they will see the pattern develop. Sit back, relax and hope LSU is the team that delivers the final death blow when it comes ... and it will come.
