The love affair with USC just kills me!!! And, I am tired of ESPN saying the only reason we won is because of the excessive celebration penalties...DID THEY WATCH THE WHOLE F'N GAME???????? UNBELIEVABLE!

LSU hasn't looked impressive in any win so it gives them fuel to argue as they see fit.
USC losing to Washington, whom LSU beat, does weaken their argument considerably though.
If LSU takes care of business on the field it really doesn't matter though, does it?

Your damn right!!! The split NC thing pretty much did it for me b/c if the tables were turned in that situation, LSU would not have been allowed to share it with USuCk...
I just can't wait to hear what ESPN has to say when we beat Florida...Then they will be saying, "Well, LSU DID beat Florida, but Tebow was hurt/not playing. Therefore, we still aren't impressed with LSU...this is why will still put LSU in front of Florida." Hell, I would not be surprised if their top 5 after that would be:
1. BAMA
2. FAGHORNS
3. USuCk
4. LSU
5. VaTech

You sure about that? Herbie and Pussberger are the only 2 I've seen that have USC in their top 5. Its pretty ridiculous.

Yes it does! I guarantee you if we lose one game for the rest of the season, we don't get into the number two spot...while USuCk loses to a decent team who we beat, but now plays 1-AA quality teams for the rest of the season allowing them to keep climbing up to the top as teams that are much better than them lose b/c their schedules are much tougher!

How are you so sure about this??? Lemme guess, you also called the fact that after Auburn was 5-0 in Oct. of 2004 that if they won out from there on they WOULD NOT play in the NC...
