fish taco's ?

I live in Gulf Shores Al and i keep hearing about places that serve fish taco's but have not had any but it sounds good. Anyone ever had any or happen to know how to make these.?

first time i had them was with pacific salmon in seattle (game day no less 
)
they were grilled, tasted good, fresh fish. not my favorite though. doubt i get them again

I had the fish Tacos at La Carretta last week. They were mediocre, did not really care for them.
Good for atmosphere, food has a lot more to be desired.

i think the key is to blacken your fish - snapper or something similar if you have it- and get yourself some corn (not flour) tortillas. top as you prefer. i dont do the cole-slaw thing

I heard Ellen DeGeneres and Rosie O'Donnell are big fans of the fish taco.

Check the food network website for a recipe by bobby flay that is the way they should be made

I like fish tacos but haven't had any in the Deep South that are worth mentioning. Fish tacos should be made using corn tortillas, but most places around here use flour, for some reason.
