favorite sides with spicy pork roast

I cooked a pork roast with some carrots and potatoes and wanted to try something besides rice or green beans. Any suggestions?

Yams are always a great side to pork along with a good oyster dressing.

yams are good with pork no doubt, but he already has carrots and potatoes in the dish. Yams would be a starch overkill in that situation
