looking forward to the game on Saturday between two teams that have taken years off the lives of their fans.

Hope you have a safe trip to Athens.

Who has been your best performer on the O and the D this year?

2003 was an awesome year wasn't it? Still the best game I've ever seen in Death valley. Suck it bitch.

Question: how do the respective lines match up in this game?

Who has the best O and D lines?

This is a question that is tough to answer. Peterson is the best on defense. Chad Jones had a great game last week. The offense has been pretty putrid all around due to the OL...I guess Lafell.

Offense is Jordan Jefferson and Brandon Lefell

Defense is Patrick Peterson....everybody else is 2nd string on other teams.

Patrick Peterson is my #1 guy on defense. Chad Jones plays between above average and awesome. Jacob Cutrera has been similar.

Offense ... hmmm ...

Offense, eh?

... ummmm ...

probably Terrance Toliver. Jordan Jefferson has certainly shown moments of brilliance surrounded by mediocre to above average play.

I was at both games in 2003, the one in Death Valley was a classic.
Course, I was also in Athens in 2004, in Atlanta in 2005 and in Baton Rouge in 2008.

lafell and PP...as already stated. Big game this week for both teams...but the fact that richt came into TS and put up 50+ last year still doesn't sit well with me...and I have a feeling I'm not alone. Cox played really well against Ark two weeks ago and had good stats against ASU saturday, despite 2 ints. I am looking forward to him vs. our secondary as neither team really has shown a sound running game thus far.
Good luck and

YHCDawg, I saw the UGA AD and President on Channel 2 Atlanta Sunday asking fans not to defecate and urinate on campus grounds gameday and pick up their trash. Has it come to this?

Two weeks ago there was an inordinate amount of trash left on North Campus before the SC game. There is a section of North Campus that is wall-to-wall students and young alumni and basically it looks like an outside bar. Those students trashed the place. Part of the reason is the University stopped opening the buildings up before the game and there are not enough port-a-potties and trash cans for that many people. Still, those "fans" did quite a number on North Campus.

I think it will look a lot better this weekend. I noticed last Saturday they had a large rollback container near there for trash and the University was passing out a lot more trash bags to the students.

2003 was one of the best games ever.

The one with Quincy Carter in Baton rouge was pretty good too.
