I remember when Saban left and a lot of people wanted Kirk Ferentz. Everyone was saying how great he was to beat us and the Great Nick Saban. Then Iowa has sucked since we hired Les, just look at both of their records. Now it looks like he has Iowa playing pretty good.
My question is what happen to him the last 4 years? Did he forget how to coach? Is he just lucky? Things are never as good or as bad as they seem.
Everyone who was being considered as a coach when Les was hired has either sucked, been fired, or gone through more than one job (Petrino).
I truly believe we have issues that need correcting, but support the team and the coaches until they are not our coaches anymore.

Petrino will have ARK going. He's got a great quarterback and definitely knows how to coach offense.

just how dominant u think a guy can be at Iowa? its not exactly a powerhouse attractive school to recruit for.

Hard as hell to recruit in Iowa. DOesn't have the talent to compete year in and out, and really has a hard time finding talent to fit his schemes.
