I've had some pork chops in the freezer for well over a year. They've been frozen solid for all that time, are they still good?

If so, any good ideas for cooking them besides on the grill or battering and frying? Thanks

I personally wouldn't eat meat that had been in the freezer for over 6 months.

They are probably good as in not spoiled but they don't have much left to give. Throw those puppies out and make it worth your time to have done a little cooking.

Pork products tend to not do well past 6 months or so in my experience. Even if you vacuum-pack them, they always taste "funny" to me when I try to cook them after a long time in there.

I wouldn't eat anything from my freezer that's over 6 months old and that would be something liquid, like a stock frozen like an ice block.
