now if it was the stewey and brian show..

Out all the characters in Family Guy, I would rather have anybody else receive a spin off show.
Maybe they will write some kickass supporting characters, but I don't think Cleveland can carry a show all by himself. He could be funny, but he never really stood out.

And it's a Seth McFarlane show that involves a talking baby AND a talking pet. WOW, Seth!!! Way to expand your horizons.
I actually read an interview with Seth recently and they asked him about this. He said that "Cleveland is a lot of people's favorite non-main character". Really? Who did you ask? The guy who does the voiceovers for Cleveland? Don't get me wrong, I like Cleveland in FG because of the way he adds to the group dynamic between the 4 guys. However, part of the reason I like him is also because he is never on the screen that much.

I think the Cleveland show won't be as bad people think. But I definitely would not have picked him out of all the other characters on FG to spawn a new show with!!
