I say him on special teams, but he would have been a better replacement for Danny McCray Saturday night. Craig Loston is a Psychotic hitter

We should have benched every upperclassman in favor of an all freshman team at UW in the first game of the season on the road. 
Ok, I know that you didn't say that, but give the coaches some credit. I expect that they have a pretty good idea of who is ready to play and who isn't. Loston has been on the team for all of a couple of weeks or so. He will likely be a great player, but maybe he just isn't ready to take over a starting spot.

Is this the same coach that said he was proud of our defensive coaches that prepared our defense so well and gave up almost 500 yards? I would like to give him credit for knowing, but sometimes i just feel like he doesn't really know....

Maybe they were prepared well. How do you know they weren't? There were A TON of missed tackles so players were put in the right positions, AT TIMES, to make plays they just didn't finish. Also, anyone who thinks Loston is ready to start on a big time SEC team after only being with the team for a few weeks is a complete and utter moron imho.

Are we a big SEC team anymore? If our defense plays like they did all last year and Saturday night, we are a middle of the road SEC team. You can't be a big SEC team and continue to lose more than 3 games in conference... oh, IMO

Play Loston now, or give him a redshirt. Don't waste his talent and bring him in in the last tow or three games like Miles did with JJ last year. I hate to see a redshirt year go to waste!!!

Loston has to learn the defense, dimwit. You can't just throw people in there and expect them to know everything immediately. What if he blows a coverage and causes a long TD? Yes, that would be worse than Danny McCray as he did not do that on Sat. night. He was late getting there but he made some TD saving tackles.
