The Giants should organization should be kicked in the nuts for letting David Tyree go. He won them a superbowl. A little respect these days for players like that is something you never see.

Panthers placed DT Corvey Irvin (knee) on injured reserve, ending his season.
You're not going to find a worse interior defensive line situation in the league. Irvin, a third-round pick, was being counted on for a big role with Ma'ake Kemoeatu out for the year. For fantasy running back matchups, remember that Carolina's defense projects to be very poor against the run.
