do they slap them on the shoulder pads too?

Max, I don't see why you are so fixated on this. Blount put some bulletin board material for Boise this week, and these kinds of things happen all the time. Blount's reaction on the other hand, does not (fortunately).

not really - it's rare that people talk shite after a game. that's one of those unwritten rules of sports.

people from the winning team run up to the losers and slap their shoulders while talking shite after the game all the time? I must turn the channel before that happens every week.

I'm not saying the Oregon guy isnt in the wrong too, just that this fig from Boise 100% deserved to get hit in the face, no doubt about it.

You guys are gonna rip on me for this thought, I'm sure.

But when Davie brought that up I thought it was pretty silly.

I could be wrong, I've been out of the loop, but did anyone hear about what he said until Bob Davie brought it up? I thought that was some of the weakest bulletin board material I've ever seen. He said we "owe" them. He didn't say they were gonna kick their arse. After the shot on the QB in the game last year..........I'd say yeah, they owed them.

I could be wrong but I see that as more of a statement for your own team than directed or in malice toward the other team. I thought Davie blew that out of proportion.

Then Blount went and made himself look silly.
