question about the draft...after the 8th user contolled team picks, do the other 24 a.i. teams pick a player and then it starts over? or does the last team who picks get back to back picks? sorry if i made this confusing.

It's an S draft. The player with pick number 1 in Round 1 will have pick number 32 in Round 2 then pick number 1 in round 3, etc.
If you access the franchise website, you can see what picks you will be. The draft order has already been selected by the computer.
