Hey guys, that time of year is here! I looked at the lines and studied the games with my handy Phil Steele season preview and I have selected Minnesota -7 vs syracuse
LSU -17 1/2 vs washington
and Tulsa -14 vs. tulane

What do yall think of my picks , and if you have any games you'd feel comfortable betting share your knowledge!

Definitely agree with Minnesota.

Would stay away from LSU/Washington at this point. See if it goes down a bit. New coach for Washington means they're likely to come out with a little bit of a fire for him, home night opener against a marquee team, so the crowd will big time into it, cross country trip for LSU. LSU's better, but 17.5 seems like a lot.

Admittedly don't know enough about Tulsa and Tulane.

Alabama (-6.5) over Tech.

Vegas is giving money away here.

I've seen that line for LSU and I'm really skeptical to take it for an opening game halfway across the country. I think I'm just gonna take the over/under on points depending on what the magic number is.

But I do like that Minnesota pick.

IMHO - The two locks this week are Tulane +14 and Washington +17 1/2.

Of course I like the cuse to win outright too

Duke will beat Richmond. But can they beat them by more than one? yes, yes they can.
