You can say Mike Williams was a bust, and Jarrett is a bust. Who else of the highly drafted offensive skill players?

Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush have without a doubt not lived up to their hype. Keary Colbert has went the way of Michael Clayton since his rookie year.

Lendale White, Palmer, and likely Steve Smith have not been dissapointments since around 2002 or 2003....when the LSU-USC animosity began to build.

It is not a matter of living up to their hype. It is a matter of living up to the rest of the NFL and their draft position. Matt Leinart will be a starting QB in the NFL, he is just behind Kurt Warner right now, can't fault Leinart for that. Bush is a very dangerous player, he just has issues staying healthy. Guys with a lot of muscle on a small frame are always going to have trouble staying healthy in the NFL.
