When I think of au jus, I think of roast beast, not ribs. Just saying.

Rib Room Bar? I ate there Sunday, and the bar isn't separate. It's in the Rib Room, so how do you name it something else? The link is broken.

How do name that bar though? Seems like they'd have to move the RR reception stand inside a bit more if they want to separate the two. Royal needs bars, and it seems like they could get a whole lot more foot traffic in there.

I have no idea, I am going on Friday since I am one of the finalists and I will let you know. I get the impression that they are looking to give it its own look and ambiance so that it isn't just "another restaurant bar"
