I have cleaned out some thrift stores around Baton Rouge to find old logo clothing for me and my 16 month old son. Some really nice stuff that folks have donated or sold. Got some really nice jakcets, pullovers, and tees for the youngin with the old logo.

THIS was actually the OFFICIAL logo of LSU athletics from 1989 until 2002, prior to current one:
(If you ever saw LSU sports on ESPN during that period, this is the one they used.) Although, the new one sucks, I think it's better than this script crap.

I never realized how much I liked the script logo until I realized how much I despised the Toonces logo...about three seconds after they unveiled it.
Old Tiger is stil my fave though.

I don't like carton characters on LSU mdse or uniforms; in fact I'd take the old throw back numbers on the helmets over that crap. If places like bama can have that, so can LSU.
