Is Kenny Hilliard the top prospect for the 2011 Class?

Clearly, Hilliard is the top prospect on the board for LSU, but if he commits to LSU, will he be the first #1 prospect in the nation to sign with LSU??

unless hilliard is a physical freak, i don't see him sniffing #1 overall

The only LA guys that have a shot at #1 overall are Rasco and Collins.....Collins being a LOOOONNG shot, given that he's an O-lineman.

Wasn't "He who must not be named" the #1 prospect in the nation in 2005 on one of the sites. Also, Doucet was #1 overall at some point, although he may not have finished #1.

Hilliard is probably like the 5th best player in the state next year..which is kind of crazy.

I don't think any of the guys in LA hold the overall national top spot. However, LA should be a lock to have a minimum of 3 5 stars next year between all the talent.

I gotta say Hilliard/Landry will be an initial 5 star....one will have to be 5....jmo

I think Rasco, Collins, Johnson, and Landry could be 5* at the beginning, but I could see Landry not being up there because of his size. However, he has been dominating camps.

It's kind of cool too that the only guys who aren't LSU leans (at the bare minimum)right now are Rasco and Anthony Johnson.

I know about the Rasco and UT relatioship and that he will be a tough pull, but it seems like the insiders think Freak is strongly reconsidering his commitment to UTenn, already.

Ditto to what you said about JL.
You have to realize that the first Rivals release for 2011 will only have about 11 5 stars.

Well, in that case, i'd say we 7 5 stars...no doubt. I mean, we are LSU...
