speaking of this, i always thought it would be fun to open a place called "munch". Only serve apps/finger food but very high quality. Off the wall shite like Tater Tots ro waffle fries with truffle oil, caramelized onions and gruyere cheese. Maybe the most decadent mac and cheese you can imagine served in little crafts. Grilled cheese served in points, but made with amazing bread and exotic cheeses. Have a very simple, but quality wine menu. Have shite beer, and 3/4 solid microbrews on tap. Make it welcoming, and have it more of a gastro pub type setting, with booths as well as stools in the bar area.
